The Book Version
Sometimes reading a website guide can be daunting: there are so many links that bounce you around, and it’s not always as convenient as a book. This site is being written with a book form in mind, and I’m giving my readers an option to support the site through a small “you call it” payment.
Your payment (one time or recurring) allows me to focus on writing more articles, responding to more emails and Facebook private messages, and to also work hard at cleaning up articles that are outdated or require some polishing to be consistent and current.

For one time payments of any amount over $5, I will email you a link to get the latest eBook in PDF and ePUB formats for a period of 1 year. Whenever an article is added, I will update this link so you can have the latest and greatest verson.
For recurring payments of any amount over $1 per month, you’ll get constant access to the eBook.
For those that pay $10 as a one-time payment or over a period of recurring payments, I will send you 1 copy of the latest version of the printed paperback book when it prints. The first edition should be released no later than June, 2011. Those who receive the paperback will get a lifetime link to the latest eBook updates.
