Ladyjargon: I don’t look that pretty today
February 1, 2010 · 2 Comments
Most man-focused relationship experts will always talk about ladyjargon that is common to every dating column. My first few ladyjargon phrases are common ones, too. A quick Google search of them shows thousands of links. I feel that it’s also important to cover other things women say that are all definitely ladyjargon phrases, but ones that other relationship experts ignore. [Read the full story] Read More →

She wants to see you again! HALT.
May 20, 2010 · Leave a Comment
So you’ve gone on a great first date, or maybe even a few dates. You’ve followed all the rules without playing games: you delivered curiosity for her life, you’ve figured out that she has a high desire grade level towards you, she’s not pitching tentative dates to you but solid ones, it’s obvious that she likes you enough but you don’t like her more than she likes you, and you know she wants to see you for another date. Sounds perfect, right? Think again. Early on, some women will be trying to set a precedent for what amount of demands they can make of... [Read the full story]

When it comes to assessing a woman’s desire grade level towards you, we always want them to have an A-level desire grade for us, but at the very least they need to be in the B-level range. Anything less than a B-level desire grade means the relationship is actually over, but she’s too guilty in fear of hurting you to actually break up with you. Men break up when their desire grade for a woman falls into the C-range, women break up when their desire grade falls into the F-range. Once a woman hits the C-level or lower, there is no chance of ever getting back to the B-level or A-level... [Read the full story]

When you’re hurt, don’t threaten to end a relationship

Not all my advice is about dating, and many of my rules to relationships can be used in dating, but they can also be used in any relationship: business, friendships, family, loves and lusts. Recently, a friend of mine had an issue with his bank charging him an overdraft fee that wasn’t warranted. I gave my friend this very same advice that he had never heard before, and he used it to successfully gain control of the situation to his satisfaction. [Read the full story] Read More →

Invited to a public event? Just say no.
A regular reader told me about something that happened to him recently: A woman I dated previously seemed to be interested in me again, and she invited me to a public event she was hosting. I decided to go, but tried to be more determined in making sure that she didn’t take me for granted. I went to the event, didn’t really get any time... Read more of this article
Turning the cheek from a kiss: dealbreaker?
A regular Facebook reader, Phil, tells me about a first date he recently had: I met a woman for a first date coffee. She gave me all the good signs: touching my arm, flipping her hair, great eye contact. After the coffee date, she proposed getting a drink closer to where she lives, and I accepted. After the drink, she told me she wants to see... Read more of this article
